The Alignment Health Dental Discount Plan provides access to savings on dental services through two large dental networks! Both the Careington 500 series and POS networks offer outstanding discounts specifically designed to provide significant savings on a wide variety of dental services and procedures. This includes routine visits, major work and even specialty services when you need them most.
You will pay a reduced fee, at the time of treatment, according to a set schedule of fees. You may pair the FLEX allowance benefit with dental discounts to extend the range of FLEX allowance funds. You may also continue to use the FLEX allowance benefit at the dental provider of your choice. However, you will only receive a discount on dental services by going to a Careington network provider.

First, you can find participating providers by using the "FIND A PROVIDER" page on this website or by calling (866) 454-3008 (TTY: 711) Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., local time. After confirming the provider's continued participation when making an appointment, present your Careington membership card when checking in. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the provider. Members can further reduce any expense by using available FLEX allowance funds.
Yes, your Careington membership card can be used at any participating provider in the United States. All you need is your member ID number to receive your savings.

If you need to replace your Careington membership card, please call Member Services at (866) 454-3008 (TTY: 711) Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., local time. Please allow for 7-10 business days for mailing.
Members can continue to see any out-of-network dental provider of their choice using available FLEX allowance funds; however, discounts are only available at providers participating within the Careington 500 series or POS network.
While some ZIP code areas may have a limited number of providers, there are usually providers within a 50-mile radius of your ZIP code. You can refer a provider for participation in the network by visiting and selecting "NOMINATE A PROVIDER." The program administrator will contact the provider with information on how to apply to participate in the program. Because of the application and credentialing process, it may take 60-90 days before a provider is added to the network. Not all providers will agree to accept the discounted fees required by the program.
You will only receive a discount by going to a Careington 500 series or POS network participating provider. You might try printing out a list of participating providers to share with your doctor or dentist to see if he/she could recommend any of the participating specialist locations.
